To Our Customers and Distributors:
It has come to our attention over the last few weeks that there is a shortage of VDRL test kits and/or raw material used in the manufacturing of syphilis products. Please know that Arlington Scientific does NOT have any supply chain issues with RPR or VDRL. We want to assure you that we have an ample supply of VDRL and RPR kits in stock and we do not anticipate any inventory shortfalls.
Why this response? Arlington Scientific has received numerous requests and phone calls for the RPR and VDRL kits that we manufacture. Both USA and international customers, distributors and even the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta have asked us if we are experiencing supply issues associated with these products. From what we have been able to determine, there is some sort of disruption to the supply chain for syphilis testing products.
At ASI, we appreciate our customers, and we are committed to providing the consistent product inventories necessary to provide you with quality products.
